MEET ED
Ed has been obsessed with real estate since he was 16 years old, when his father first showed him how mortgages and leverage worked. Since then, he has dedicated his life to the craft—earning two degrees, a minor in Real Estate Law, and buying and selling over 500 homes.

But at the end of the day, Ed is a family man. He has lived on the Isle of Hope for over 25 years, and when he isn’t negotiating deals or flipping houses, you’ll probably find him at a local sports field. He has spent over 30 years coaching and teaching Sunday School because he believes in pouring back into our youth. Whether he’s cheering for his two sons at their games or helping a client navigate a complex closing, his energy and tenacity are always at 100%. He may be a little rough around the edges, but he will walk through fire for the people he cares about.

Lisa is the heart of the family and has been Ed’s partner in life for over 25 years. While Ed is out in the trenches of construction and negotiation, Lisa brings a sense of balance and home to everything they do.

Living on the Isle of Hope with their two sons, she is the constant support system that allows Team Yannett to operate with such fierce commitment. She shares Ed’s passion for the community and their mission to give back, ensuring that the business stays rooted in the values of family and integrity. She is the steady hand behind the scenes that makes the "family-first" approach a reality for every client they serve.
