Wormsloe State Historic Site NEW Visitors Center, Savannah GA.
Dated: May 2 2022
Video #2 I made these videos to give you a perspective of how massive Wormsloe State Historic Site is (1000+ acres) compared to the size of the new Visitor Center and parking lot. When you see just how BIG the park is (bigger than the Isle Of Hope), it really puts into perspective the negligible environmental impact the project will actually have. Wormsloe Historic Site is definitely a treasure and one of the most popular state parks! It remains to be seen how the traffic pattern will change and how that will affect the neighborhood. Being a local real estate agent, I am very keen on how things can affect our neighborhood and the property values around us! NOT all progress is good for property values! And all progress is NOT bad for property values! I have and always will believe it is the neighborhood that makes a home a great place to live and we have the BEST neighborhood ever! As I said before, I'm not for or against this project, it is coming like it or not! I just wanted some answers for myself and I thought this would be a great video to do for everybody to see. Please leave comments below, like and share this video! Negative comments are ok but please do not be ugly! “Thanks for watching!”
